Last Saturday, October 6th, Mint Julep Social Events participated in a very interesting wedding. A couple in the Woodbury section of Irvine married in the most unusual fashion. They sent a letter out to about 500 households in their Irvine neighborhood, inviting all their neighbors to their wedding. They accepted the first 250 RSVPs and allowed the community to come and celebrate their nuptials with them. Both the OC Register and the Irvine World News sent reporters to cover it. Simply brilliant!
